What You’ll Do:
As our new Property Damage Claims Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our client journey, managing claims with insurance companies from start to finish. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Client Engagement: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and guide them through the claims process.
• Claims Establishment: Establish and file property damage claims with insurance companies, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
• Evidence Collection: Gather and review police reports, and other essential documents to build strong cases.
• Negotiation: Negotiate property damage claims to achieve optimal outcomes for our clients, advocating fiercely on their behalf.
Who You Are:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional, specifically with experience in processing claims with insurance companies. The ideal candidate will possess:
• Proven experience in claims processing.
