Jason Roe Linnstaedter is a dedicated personal injury attorney committed to helping injured Texans pursue justice after serious accidents and life-changing injuries. Jason graduated from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2016 and began his legal career practicing litigation across several areas of law, including personal injury, employment law, family law, and business litigation. Over time, he expanded his courtroom experience and ultimately devoted his practice exclusively to personal injury law. Jason is licensed to practice in all courts in the State of Texas, as well as multiple federal courts, including the Western and Southern Districts of Texas and the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.
Throughout his career, Jason has zealously represented clients in complex and high-value litigation matters involving personal injury claims, employment discrimination, and negligence cases against private companies and government entities. He has extensive trial experience and has been part of legal teams that secured favorable jury verdicts for clients in serious injury and negligence cases. Jason was also recognized by the Bexar County legal community as a Rising Star Attorney in Scene in S.A. Magazine in 2021, 2022, and 2023.
When he is not advocating for clients, Jason enjoys traveling with his wife and son. He is also a musician who enjoys playing guitar, an avid golfer, and a passionate reader of history.
